Final Payment
The outstanding invoice must be fully settled at the conclusion of the tour.

Up and Down Tours
For round trips, the drop-off location must be within 3 km of the original pick-up point. If the distance exceeds this range, please inform us before confirming the booking.

Vehicle Substitution in Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to substitute the originally requested vehicle with a similar one to ensure your journey continues without disruption.

Passenger Agreement
The number of passengers, including children, must match the agreed booking. Changes are not permitted under any circumstances.

Breach of Agreement
If the agreement is violated, you agree to accept and adhere to the final decision made by Vega Ceylon Cabs management.

Advance Payments
All advance payments are non-refundable. Conditions apply.

Identity Verification
You are required to assist the driver with identity verification upon request, for safety and compliance purposes.
